Lawsons were formed in 1990 with a mission statement of ‘to become and remain the best letting and managing agent by providing and maintaining the highest quality of service available’.
After in excess of 16 years of trading locally, we are still the only independent letting agent whom is an ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) member firm and were founder members behind the original ‘Tenancy Deposit Scheme’ back in 2002.
We have been at the forefront of developing and raising the standards of the local lettings industry for well in excess of a decade, launching many products and services along the way including:-
Buy-to-let advisory service,
Furniture and refurbishment service,
Property acquisition service,
Pioneering the ‘Tenancy Deposit Scheme,’
Rental guarantee & legal protection,
Dedicated ‘in-house’ inventory clerk.
Why I joined BNI
After attending various business and networking events over several years, the initial thing that stood out about BNI was the agenda. Unlike any other event, this is all about participation.
Everyone gets involved and everyone gets their ’60 seconds of fame!’
Secondly, because the agenda encourages participation, I felt this would develop my ability to public speak and present my companies business regularly to other like-minded local business representatives.
